None of the "login with" option use your other account as for Fandom account. Regarding "using a Twitch account", I would like to clarify something. Although, ironically, his issues were with Gamepedia, not Fandom. That said, maybe it is an issue with Twitch's login service? I know Fandyllic reported login issues after connecting his Twitch account ( see here). Given that you can do it for Google and Facebook, I would have thought it would be the same. That is odd you can't create an account using the "Login with Twitch" button. Any thoughts? Does anyone have a Twitch account that is not connected to their FANDOM account/ made with Twitch that could test if the registering prosess works for their Twitch account? I can imagine that signing in with your Twitch account works fine if you allready have an account made, but I think at the moment that the register prosess with Twitch is bugged. Am I correct in assuming that I need an account and then have to connect it to Twitch to use it as a loggin? It could be that the register function is bugged with Twitch, because I can easily logg in with Facebook (though I don't want to). On the right side there is the normal registration prosess that requires an Email to register.
Though the text changed from "Sign in with Twitch" to "Connect with Twitch", the window still immediately opened and closed when I clicked it like before. Logging in with twitch on fandom doesn't automatically create you an account like it does on gamepedia, you need to register an account here, you can go to and create an account by logging in with twitch, which should start the creation process (picking a username, etc), and then you can use the login with twitch button on fandom's login page like normal the next time you need to sign in to fandom.Ĭlicking on Register does not allow me to directly create an account with Twitch. I go to Twitch and see that I'm logged inn, but that's no use to me. I check the fandom site and see that I'm not logged inn. I click the Twitch loggin and the window opens and closes by itself again.
I putt in the information, press enter and the small window closes. I logg out of Twitch and I can now open the loggin option for Twitch on again.
I test clicking on the facebook loggin option and it goes straight through, but I want my activity to be connected to my twitch, so no dice! I go to and I'm logged inn, so that's nice. I go to click the Twitch option to logg inn, and the small window opens and closes imediately by itself every time I try. I go to the fandom site to see if I'm logged inn and I'm not. I clicked the Twitch logg inn option, filled it inn twice (because pasword was wrong the first time), filled out the boxes with the numbers (that i got on email from twitch(trust computer and all that)), got asked if i wanted to connect/ trusted FANDOM or whatever, pressed ok/yes.
